Not far from the MA-6015 between Llucmajor and S’Estanyol, this existing finca is located on an 8,040 sqm plot and offers a total of 133 sqm of living space in the main house and a small, distant annex of 26 sqm.
The current layout of the main house consists of a beautiful vaulted bedroom, another bedroom, a bathroom, and an open-plan living/dining area with a Mallorcan kitchenette. Adjacent is a studio with a small winter garden.
Slightly away from the main house, there is another small cottage with a small studio of approximately 10 sqm.
The finca has a 25,000-liter cistern, which is filled by a water tanker. It also has a solar system with gel batteries and gas central heating.
The finca is in need of renovation! An adjacent plot of land can also be purchased, thus offering the possibility of fully legalizing the finca or demolishing it and building a completely new one.
The municipality of Llucmajor, with an area of 327 km², is the largest municipality on the Balearic island of Mallorca. Approximately 37,000 inhabitants speak Catalan and Spanish, the official languages. The municipality of Llucmajor comprises 16 villages. One of these villages is the small town of the same name, which, with approximately 12,500 inhabitants, serves as the administrative center of the municipality. Llucmajor’s coastal area is characterized by steep coastlines with narrow bays. The artificially created caves in or around Llucmajor, such as the Cave of Son Hereu, date back to the third millennium BC. At that time, they served as burial sites for the settler communities. Subsequently, the megalithic culture of the Talayots emerged in the second millennium BC. The remains of the settlement of Capocorb Vell, located south of Llucmajor, are considered to be witnesses to the Bronze Age. Within the context of Llucmajor’s prehistory, Capocorb Vell is considered particularly valuable because this settlement is better preserved than any other on the island.
